All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Policy
Flexorex offers free shipping on all customer’s orders. The estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days.
We ship orders from the closest warehouse. If an item is out of stock in our UK locations, it will ship from our warehouse in PRC, which may extend delivery time up to 14 business days.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
Damaged or lost packages
If you believe your order has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the matter and take appropriate actions to resolve the issue.
