Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SELLARO LIMITED (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit flexorex.uk or place an order with us, and sets out your rights under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who We Are

flexorex.uk is operated by SELLARO LIMITED, trading as Flexorex:

3106 Limassol, Cyprus
Company Registration Number: HE 483556
VAT Number: CY60261314H

We are the “data controller” responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

2. What Personal Data We Collect

  • Identity and contact data: name, billing and delivery address, email address, telephone number.
  • Order and transaction data: products purchased or enquired about, order value and order history.
  • Payment data: your card details are entered directly into our payment provider’s secure system; we do not store your full card number. We keep limited records such as payment method, transaction reference and order total for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, operating system, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Marketing data: your marketing preferences and communication history with our customer support team.

3. How We Collect Your Data

  • Directly from you: when you place an order, contact customer support, or subscribe to marketing. flexorex.uk does not require you to register for an account — you can check out as a guest, and we link the data below to your order rather than to an account profile.
  • Automatically: through cookies and similar technologies when you browse flexorex.uk (see Section 5).
  • From third parties: such as confirmation of a completed payment from our payment provider, or delivery status from our courier partners.

4. How We Use Your Data and Our Legal Basis

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function. Others help us understand how the site is used, remember your preferences, or show you relevant advertising.

Following the UK’s Data (Use and Access) Act 2025, certain low-risk cookies — for example those used solely to compile aggregate website statistics, remember your preferences, or keep the site secure — no longer require your prior consent, provided we explain them clearly and give you a free way to opt out. However, cookies used for advertising and cross-site tracking, including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools, still require your consent, which you can give, decline or withdraw at any time using “Cookie Settings” in the website footer.

For a full, itemised list of the cookies we use, their purpose, and how long each one lasts, please see our Cookie Policy.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We only share personal data where necessary, with:

  • Payment service providers, to process your payment securely;
  • Delivery and logistics partners, to deliver your order — this may include partners located outside the UK where a product ships from an overseas warehouse;
  • IT, hosting and website service providers, who help us run flexorex.uk;
  • Marketing, analytics and advertising partners (for example Meta and Google), where you have given cookie consent for marketing or analytics;
  • Professional advisers, such as accountants and legal advisers, where necessary;
  • Regulators, tax authorities and law enforcement, where we are legally required to disclose data.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes without your consent.

7. International Data Transfers

We are based in Cyprus, within the European Economic Area (EEA), which the UK government recognises as providing an adequate level of data protection — so no additional safeguards are required for this transfer.

Where we use service providers based outside the UK and EEA — for example US-based providers such as Meta and Google, used for advertising and analytics — we only do so where the provider is certified under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (the “UK-US Data Bridge”), or where the transfer is protected by an International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Order, invoice and payment records: 6 years, to meet our accounting and tax obligations;
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, or after 24 months of inactivity, whichever is sooner;
  • Customer service correspondence: 24 months from resolution;
  • Cookies and analytics identifiers: as set out in our Cookie Policy.

We may keep data for longer where necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where the law requires it.

9. Data Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, restricted access on a need-to-know basis, and PCI-DSS compliant handling of payment data by our payment providers.

10. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling

We use automated tools to help detect fraudulent orders and to personalise the adverts you see on our website and on third-party platforms, based on your browsing and purchase history. These processes do not produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement. Where any of our processing does have such effects, you have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, and you can contact us to request human review.

11. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;
  • Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
  • Ask us to erase your data in certain circumstances;
  • Restrict how we use your data;
  • Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, or to direct marketing, at any time and free of charge;
  • Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (data portability);
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent;
  • Not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing which produces legal or similarly significant effects (see Section 10).

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@flexorex.uk. We will normally respond within one month; for complex requests we may extend this by a further two months, and we will tell you within one month if we need to. We may ask you to verify your identity before we respond.

12. How to Complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, please contact us first at info@flexorex.uk so we can try to put things right. We will acknowledge your complaint within one month and respond without undue delay.

You also have the right to complain directly to the UK’s independent regulator:

Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

13. Children’s Privacy

Our website and products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 18.

If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
